The Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Agreement: Return the completed Short Term Rental Agreement and any monies due as instructed.

2. Check-in/out: Check-in is at 2.00p.m. on your reservation start date. Check-out time is 10.00a.m. on your reservation end date. This allows time to properly clean apartment.

3. Occupants: Strictly limited to those listed on the booking form; maximum number of occupants is 4; no pets allowed. Admission will be refused or terminated if this condition is not met.

4. Breakages: In the event of any breakages, please inform the Owner as soon as possible. The apartment and its contents must be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental period. For hygiene reasons a wet bed will result in the Renter being charged for a new mattress.

5. Maid Service: Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. You are responsible for washing your own dishes and removal of rubbish.

6. Beach Towels: Please bring your own beach towels as these are not provided.

7. Pool: Please observe the rules clearly posted beside pool (e.g. no diving, no glassware around pool area, etc.) Children to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

8. Suntan Creams: Please take care not to sit on apartment furniture and bedding when using these products. We appreciate you cooperation to maintain the high standard of the apartment for your next visit.

9. Noise: Please respect that the apartment is located in a family-oriented location, offering privacy and tranquillity. Therefore no loud partying is allowed. Please respect your neighbours. The Renter’s stay may be terminated if this condition is not met.

10. Travel Insurance: The Renter will ensure they have adequate travel insurance. The use of the accommodation and amenities are offered on the condition that they are used entirely at the Renter’s own risk. The Owner cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, illness, death or loss or damage to users’ or visitors’ property or belongings, including motor vehicles, however caused.

11. Security: When you leave the apartment we would ask that you ensure all doors and windows are locked. Remember to take the keys with you!

12. Supplies: This accommodation is booking on a self-catering basis. Therefore please provide your own groceries and household goods, e.g. soaps, shampoo, etc. There may be some basic items in the apartment left by previous occupants (e.g. tea, coffee, sugar, toilet roll, etc.). We would kindly ask that you replace any items used.

13. Smoking: No smoking inside apartment. Damage from cigarette burns will be charged at full replacement cost to the Renter.

14. Force Majeure: Recognise that in the unlikely event that the accommodation is rendered uninhabitable due to fire, earthquake or any other means beyond owner control, Owner liability will be limited to a refund of monies paid.
